Shipping
Kels Crafts currently ships to the UK only via Royal Mail. A carriage charge of £1.99 is added to orders under £20. Delivery is free for orders exceeding £20.
If you are outside the UK and would like to order you can contact us at our email address.
Whilst we make every effort to dispatch the goods to you as quickly as possible, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
No item is considered lost untill 15 working days after delivery date.
Ordering Using Paypal
Add your items to the basket when you have finished proceed to checkout you will then be taken to paypal, if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay using credit or debit card,
You will be sent an email for your purchase by Kels Crafts and Paypal. The advantages of having a paypal account is you only have to enter your email address and password when making payments.
You can log on to your paypal account at anytime at paypal.com/uk
Pay by Cheque
If you wish you can pay by Cheque, print out and fill in the order form or write your order on a blank piece of paper add your name, address, contact details and product codes.
Please make cheque payable to Kelly Bowditch.
Please add £1.99 to cover postage if your order is under £20.00.

Refund Policy
If goods bought from our website are defective or damaged, please notify us within 2 working days of delivery where you will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs).
We ask that the buyer inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us within 2 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged.
Where the Goods ordered by the Buyer are out of stock, the Buyer shall be notified and given the option to either:
- Wait until the Goods are available from stock or
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
However, if returned goods are found to be damaged due to the consumer’s own fault, then we will not be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
